We have successfully shipped dogs all over the world for 13 years, added cats in 2020, and continue to do so every day. Literally. Our service includes assisting with the management of the entire process, regardless of the country. And quite often we also assist with final vet visits and USDA endorsements.

We are able to clear customs through any port in the United States - both as cargo and as passenger-accompanied entries. We also assist with "High Risk Country" entries in all CDC approved major ports. As a "bonded carrier", we are able to provide in-bond transits via the United States and remain compliant with Australian and New Zealand importation requirements.

International paperwork can be confusing. We can help you prepare paperwork for travel and liaise with the USDA for endorsement purposes. We are very familiar with the VEHCS system the USDA now requires for endorsement submissions.

We offer in-cabin nanny service for puppies, kittens, and any small animal that is not able to fly as cargo or checked baggage due to their brachycephalic status AND accompanied nanny service if someone wants an escort for larger dogs. Our nannies always fly with confirmed seats on planes and can transport domestically and internationally.

While we are called "miracle workers" quite often because we understand the complexities of pet shipping around the world, we are actually not responsible for the decisions and policies of the individual airlines nor governments of the world, but we do our best to help make travel easy and stress free for you and your precious cargo.
